The annual Science Vs Engineering football match started at about 6pm on the 4th of August with Prof. Siddhartha Sharma as the centre referee. The Science team played particularly well, with style and flow, that the Engineering team could not cope with. The Science team put numbers on the score board through a well taken goal by Ramiz from the Mathematics department, before the end of the first half. An equalizer, in the second half, came from an initial shot by Femi, which was punched by the Goal keeper for the Science team and was easily tapped in by Sam Alexandra from the Aerospace department. The wining goal, by the Science team, came from team work and ball juggling, and took the Engineering defense apart. Ramiz got his second goal of the day and there was no time for the Engineering team to get back into the game so, the Science team won the match for the first time in 5years.
